Servers are located in Columbus, OH.
Yes you get DNS authority on /24s.
You can download 209.190.56.2/60mbtest.zip if you need "speed test".
Enjoy,

Hi,
I have several questions, have tried to contact you through MSN and here's the log:
IM Sessions with staff@xlhost.com
---- New Conversation @ Thu Mar 18 21:00:23 2004 ----
(21:00:25) ceo@mydomain.com: Hi
(21:01:07) ceo@mydomain.com: Someone there?
(21:01:20) staff@xlhost.com: yes.
(21:01:22) staff@xlhost.com has closed the conversation window.
(21:01:44) ceo@mydomain.com: I would like to have a little bit more of info about the servers that you posted on WHT (IRC firewalled segment)
(21:02:15) ceo@mydomain.com: Like what's the eth's speed? 10mbps or 100mbps?
(21:07:16) The conversation has become inactive and timed out.
(21:31:50) staff@mydomain.com logged out.
---- New Conversation @ Thu Mar 18 22:26:24 2004 ----
(22:26:31) ceo@mydomain.com: do you have some time?
---- New Conversation @ Sat Mar 20 21:37:20 2004 ----
(21:37:29) ceo@mydomain.com: Hi, got a minute to provide some info about your servers?
(21:42:30) The conversation has become inactive and timed out.
---- New Conversation @ Sun Mar 21 00:19:53 2004 ----
(00:20:11) ceo@mydomain.com: excuse me, do you really want to sell new servers? or just announce them to get more hits on your website?
(my MSN handle has been edited)
I don't know who's in charge of the MSN handle staff@xlhost.com, but you shouldn't post it here if your potential customers won't even get a "I'm busy, please hold on" reply.
These are my questions:
1. Are the servers on a 10mbps or 100mbps port?
2. Can I see your TOS/AUP/SLA?
3. Do you offer any kind of uptime guarantee?
4. What's your total bandwidth available for the IRC segment?
5. Payment methods?
6. I checked your forums, and there are questions that haven't been answered since March 9th and March 10th... I had some bad luck contacting you through MSN... is that your "regular" support practice standard? I mean, what I love of a provider is FAST support, and slow support has taken huge companies to the ground (hostany just to mention one of them, do a search here on WHT).
7. Do you still have all those configs available?
8. Is the test IP provided INSIDE your firewalled IRC segment? or it's in your webhosting segment? If the later please provide a test IP inside your firewalled segment to test uptime/speed.
9. Do you offer any kind of money back guarantee?
Thanks for your time.
