It's a shame you don't have Cpanel/WHM for $20/25, or do you?

When going through the order wizard for the Pentium 4, it only indicates 500 GB bandwidth. Is this just an error on the wizard?

From 15minuteservers website:
I really want C-Panel can I get it?
Yes you can, our servers are 100% C-Panel compliant. Visit buycpanel.com to buy a license and have it installed.

I just got one of these servers and at first it seemed awesome. The problem now is that I'm running 2 game servers on there for the last 1.5 weeks. Even though the cpu and memory usage is less an 30%, I'm getting massive amounts of packet loss in-game. Both battlefield 1942 and counter-strike are almost unplayable because of this. All of my users from various states surrounding NJ are complaining and leaving. I went to get some kind of support for this and realized that there's effectively almost zero support. All they've got is a generic "help form" where you fill in your detailed problem into a microscopic input box with no drop downs to select to narrow down your problem. It would seem that the same help email address services all the way from dedicated servers to "my dial-up doesn't work". What gives nac.net? This is horrendous. When I tried to telephone them, they said this dedicated stuff was an email only support thing. Well, so far it doesn't even seem to be that.

Complaint...
I just read your post, and tried to send you a PM, but the system wouldn't let me (it said you didn't have enough posts to let me).
Can you email me (alex@nac.net) with the information on your account (account number or ticket number generated) so I can investigate?
While the servers are unmanaged, if you send a complaint about network connectivity to network@nac.net, it will get looked at.Alex Rubenstein, AR97, K2AHR, alex@nac.net, latency, Al Reuben

As a follow-up, my problem was taken care of very quickly once the right support channels were contacted, which I was assisted with here. My machine is back to being spectacular. Some of the lowest ping times around for east coast gaming, with some players getting 10-12ms latency times in battlefield 1942.
