Our Toronto ISP has a Technical Support position available. We are looking for someone with previous experience, excellent customer care ability and the ability to look busy. You will be supporting our corporate clients, whether it be DSL, T3, web hosting or e-mail issues. Experience with Windows absolutely necessary, bonus points for Unix. The successful candidate may also be considered for any Jr. Systems Administration positions that open in the future.
This is a Monday to Friday, full-time position. Hours are 9am to 5pm.
