Thread: .cgi and .pl

    Question .cgi and .pl

    Hi,

Can I allow both .cgi and .pl scripts to run, within the httpd.conf file- and how to do that ??

I currently have .pl allowed under " Add Handler " do I simply put .cgi there also and just restart the server or do I have to do some else too ?

Are there any security concerns if I enable .cgi scripts there ?

    Thanks

    Code:
    AddHandler cgi-script .pl .cgi
If you allow scripting, there are always security concerns...
