Can eudora read unix mailbox format
I have a 15meg unix mailbox file that need to transfer to a customer computer. So I want to know if Eudora can read this
-all in one file- mailbox format.
its the server that handles the parsing of any mail files. If your mail server can read it, eudora will be able to show you the messages.
I had to move the big file because it was taking too much
for my hosting server to read that file.
This is the reason I have the mailbox file in my windows box now.
Yes, the inbox files of Eudora are nothing more than complete ASCII files of concatenated mail with full headers. You should be able to rename it and it will create an index file.
