    Windows server email forwarding

    Hi all

What I want to do sounds so simple (and probably is!) but I cannot find any information on how to do it.

We have a dedicated server running Windows Server 2003. I have setup a number of email boxes and simply want to forward all the emails onto to another single email account

Any help would be much appreciated

do you have any control panel software running on this server (such as Helm) ?

If so, then this can be done with ease.

The POP3 service included with Windows 2003 Server is very very basic; so much so that it only supports mailboxes. You can script a catch-all service for it however I have yet to come across a forwarding script.

Your best bet would be to use a small forwarder program like Pop2Exchange (ignore the name, it has little to do with Exchange); which will periodically (you can set the intervals), forward all email from one account to another.

    Good luck!
