Paypal payment system for file downloads - needs to be easy to skin!
Hi guys, I need a bit of help.
I have been looking for something like this for a long time now.
I tried hotscripts.com I tried a lot of places... didn't really find what I need.
I tried BugMall, but couldn't get it to work... and I didn't get any support.
Tried osCommerce, but its very hard to customize. at least for me.
I don't need a very complicated script.
more or less what I need is this:
I want to have a dir' above the "public_html" dir' with .zip files in it.
And I want the files to be protected with an anti-leech script.
That way people can't download the files.
Next what I want to do, is the user to be able to pay me via paypal, and once the script confirms that the payment went thru the user gets access to download the .zip file he paid for once. - once only mind.
system needs to send emails, with welcome message and instructions. 'etc.
needs to be secure of course.
and the main thing, I need it to be skinable, so I can build a website around it without a problem.
It would be really great if I could use tags or something to insert elments from the system into html pages.
Its not a very complicated script.
But I couldn't find anything that is good enough.
SKINABLE is the keyword here.
any suggestions?
(I'd code it myself, but I don't have time...)

wow!
that looks great, and I see that I can more or less skin it the way I want too.
I'll think about it... it is 99$ after all.
Thanks very much
(this doesn't mean that I'm going to go with it 100%! if you know of more scripts like this please tell me... )

osCommerce will skin easily if the Simple Template System (STS)contribution is installed. Just modify one layout.html and your stylesheet. Download contributions work well and have been around a long time.

i recomanded for you for this important Feature
Monitor Private Area logins, automatically deactivate User names/Passwords that are being abused. Administrator sets the maximum number of logins that any one account may log into your private area in any 24 hour period.
you will need something stop people from shareing access or miss use
99$ is not much if you want to build something right and as you know you must spend money to make money

There's plenty more out there, just do some searches. I personally like adpass, but I'm sure they're are better ones.
