If they are, as you say, a "pain in the *** to deal with directly" then why deal with them at all?

But gotta say, I love their site, never seen it before. Simple yet effective!

Anyway, in what way are they a pain in the *** to deal with directly?

main reason we want to deal with them is their network is wicked for gameservers. but god like I said, their impossible to deal with.

Well, like Jake Weg said they probably don't have resellers, so if you don't want to deal with them directly... you can't go with them because there is no-one else.

But their prices are very high, maybe you should find someone else?! There are plenty of good server providers that are good for gaming sites. I know SM have a plan called "Super Gamerz 3.0" which is named for this use. And they are WAYYY cheaper like $199 Month

    Internap

Just contact internap directly, thats all netfire is. They are dedicated server provider on all Internap bandwidth you can get colo space through internap probably cheaper if you buying in bulk, but if you just need 1 or 2 boxes NetFire.com is probably cheaper.

If you get a half cabinet and fill it with opterons and a 100mbit Internap uplink can I join your family?

choopa does not do intelligent routing, so internap's long haul routes will be superior. with that said, for gameservers you need to look at geographically specific metrics.
