    hmm, that speedtest file doesn't really convince me:
    100%[====================================>] 6,988,971 380.91K/s ETA 00:00

    16:07:16 (380.91 KB/s) - `gaim.exe' saved [6988971/6988971]

    In-Network download (100mbit):
    17:53:22 (8.01 MB/s) - `gaim.exe.1' saved [6988971/6988971]
    Out-Network download (10mbit):
    19:55:22 (1.04 MB/s) - `gaim.exe' saved [6988971/6988971]

    Only complaint I have is sometimes the network bursts with saturation. Careful for gameservers, good for reselling.
    Also, a lot of people prod around on their ip ranges so make your passwords hard.

    Their harddrive upgrade prices are different on the upgrade form and the order form. We charge whatever they charge in regards to addons. Their prices do change often, we are going by the prices located on their account upgrade form at:
    https://secure.managed.com/upgrade.htm

    I just tried your download file and it came down at 26.8KB/s. And that's at midnight Eastern time, so shouldn't be peak traffic.

    I ran a speed test on my connection right after that on BroadbandReports.com and it tested at 2107Kbps (257.2KB/s) to a California server. So it wasn't my connection that was slow.
