Anybody who's thinking of helping, please read this post . Can you please explain why you backed out from the deal and make other people lost money/time for you? And you still want people to help you for this? Personally (subject to change if you have good explanation/justification), I don't think so ...

Look, i didn't deceive anybody. They had made a web design but i didn't like them so i didn't buy it. it is my justice,isn't it? You can ask them that if i'm using their design? NO! i don't use their design. if i had used their design, i would have paid for them.

I think it is wrong to ask someone to put hours of work on something and then back out of the deal and say you don't want it without paying anything (unless that is the agreement from the begining). That is why designers/programmers should take some of the money upfront, then if the customer backs out, at least you've made something. Also most customers usually work with you and tell you what to change until you have the product they want.

On the other side of things:

Let's say you agree for someone to make you a $500 design. You pay them $250 upfront and don't like their design, you just say I don't want the design, and let them keep the $250?

I have already notified Dialtone Internet, and their NOC responded within 1 hour and said they will be forwarding to a manager tomorrow.
