I am toying with the idea of starting a support business for webhosts. What kind of features are you looking for? Per ticket pricing or a monthly based system? Do you want only problems resolved or pro-active maintainence?

Most the host I have been with add the support in with the hosting... I have seen some bigger companies that do dedicated servers that charge per ticket which would make more sence for a dedicated server compared to a reseller or a regular hosting of a website. Hopefully that gives you some information to work with.
