Well, Dialtone Internet keeps improving no matter how many "small companies" and people don't want to see it.
Their support needs to improve, but other than that, it is the only company that sticks out their neck for their customers, improves on their connectivity lines, has their own interface that although it is not the greatest, does the job and they keep improving it. Very good prices...you want 'free support' go with a company that charges you an arm and a leg for a server or for ip's ... of course you pay more; you get free support.
I was at Rackspace before leasing a server and Catalog.com, and although I did not have major problems, I saved money in the long run with DI.
