    Php/perl

    Does anyone know where I can learn PERL, PHP and CGI online for free or can someone tell me what are these things?? I am new to web design...but I have already learned HTML(not really, but I have a program that translate it for me)

    Also....could you all please put links up of companies that offer flash designs. I want to learn flash also, but I dont know where to get flash software from.

    Perl, PHP and CGI are all dynamic programming languages.
    My personal opinion would be to concentrate on Php. You can find a wealth of information at http://www.php.net

    You may want to try a program like Swish before getting into flash. http://www.swishzone.com

    My favorite resource. Includes plenty of complete scripts to start you out. Go through them and learn by example. Additionally, it has plenty of tutorials.

    its not new programming language but it just release for free last month, if you know HTML then you will be perfect programmer within 1 week
