I hate this, because I got 5 new clients today, all happy, and now asking me why they get "Page can not be displayed". Im saying I am restarting the server because it started to lagg. How embarrasing.

Any other clasics have ppl used?

They are friends of mine in real life, and just simply want a lil forum.

I have told them the truth now, as I did attempt a Gracefull restart, so it was not a lie, its just when doing it I got a "This page can not be displayed" page.

But explain to me what exactly do we tell people who host with us why we are using a data center that has gone down 2 days in a row.

You say " We are having problems with the Data center and we are planning moving our servers to a new data center"

You tell them that managed.com is your temporary datacenter whilst you evaluate a more reliable option

My billing is due on 13th.

Dilema: do I stay with managed.com and continue to hope that these silly outages will go away, or do I cancel and move to servermatrix ?

Cancel and move to SM .. I am going to do the same. I have 7 servers with SM and 8 with Managed.
    SM - 100%
    Managed - 70%
