Apology Letter to CasCompany
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have came across your post regarding the copyright issue which Solid abused. This incident had been reported to our higher authorities and we pledge to take actions against him.We were some how surprise that he managed to come out with such wonderful designs and quotings, overview etc. in such a short time. This is indeed our fault in handling our employees.I would like to apologised on the company behalf to cascompany hoping to let this matter resolve.I hereby gurantee that such incident will not happen again. It was foolish of Solid to deny the fact that he stole your grahpics and text and lied about certain stuff. Please pardon him for his inexperience in this field and his eagerness to gain customers in a unlawful and despicable way.

Well... you have to say something... It sounds OK. It still needs a little bit of proofreading though...

eliminate your debt, keep the property you want, most people qualify.

As an Executive Sales Officer, it should click in your mind to email CasCompany, rather make a public apology.
So, my advice is, if you haven't already emailed them---do it now.

Don't worry, I have arranged it with the courts so that Martha Stewart will receive community service and part of that will be redoing both of the sites in question.

I think what he means is that the graphics/template is sold for low prices on a lot of template stores. So I dont see why anyone needs to appologize to anyone when its a 20 dollar template anyway.

If you guys followed this you would know they both bought the same template and one decided to modify it while the other decided to use thier modified version I believe. So from what I seen is one said the other will remove the graphics that someone had sent him.

I think the reason for a public apology is because the original complaint was posted to a public forum. It still makes more sense to use more private ways to apologize though.
