    What is going on with registerfly support

    Some time ago their support was good and fast, with a nice chat
    feature that always had a person online.

    Now things have changed a lot. Never a person is online (or at least available) and tickets take a lot 24 hours or more to be attended.

    Fortunately there is a regfly guy where at WHT, but this is not
    the point, as he canīt solve the trouble tickets officially...

    They have published they are going to phone support later this month. Maybe they are transitioing to that away from chat. I always use email and get a fast response
