    server setup issues...

    guys
this is my fault im sure but i have a managed.com server that seems to be running ok except we are getting mails bounced back from aol (not a bad thing in itself but management wants to be able to send to them) and other big mail services

they say we dont have a reverse dns thingy for the mail server

ive looked all over the web but didnt find anything that explained what i should do ... im not a linux admin expert at all ... im a programmer trying to get things working

if anyone can help i would be eternally grateful

    thnx
    lauren

Contact managed.com and ask them to setup your reverses for you.

when you rent an unmanaged server you should be able to manage it.. if not you should get one managed and learn before go to unmanaged
