I just wanted to post a positive review here, seeing as there appears to be so many negative ones filling this forum.
I've been with ServeIO, formly InfinityServers (I was with them before the name change), since January. In terms of uptime, they're rock solid - especially since they moved onto internap bandwidth (there were a few network outages on the old network, and I'm glad they made the choice to move us over to a stronger network. Their support has been awesome too, and Matt and Jon really know their stuff. On serveral occasions they've gone above and beyond normal support boundaries to help me get setup with modernbill and fix some php code on my site.
I used to be with raine-tech, and the saying holds true: "you get what you pay for." ServeIO may be a bit more expensive then other web hosts, but they're noticibly more reliable and knowledgable.
So, that's my little review :-). Hope someone finds it helpful!
Just to let everyone know, Matt sent me the URL of qube's site, and I checked it out. Qube's site is a real site with real webhosting needs, and traceroutes to both serveIO and qube's site show that both sites are probably running on the same server, or at least on the same router.
