the catch is that they are not exclusive and you dont get full rights to them. Why invest in a site where plenty of other "companies" have the same site design as you. I dont think thast very professional. But I do agree that the designs here are sometimes not up to par as other sites but you get what you pay for.
PuppetMaster said it best in his message. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are millions of Internet sites so having a truly "unique" design is possible even if 100 people have similar sites using the same template as a basis.
Thanks for all your helps! I'm more concerned about the quality of the "subscription" sites such as boxedart. I'm not worried about uniqueness, I'm sure the pay per template sites are told to 8 million people to.
Anyone has experience with subscription sites? All you get to see is a picture, I'm afraid if it's just a one page template, with no proper structure and CCS so you can easily adapt your entire site. Please give me some info.
Also, is there any good place to get navi-icon done (little icons here and there, like "check-out", "email", "hot", etc)?
Well with suscription sites it doesn't matter if you onlty see one picutre becuase you have access to ALL of their templates...
btw: boxed art are completely coded w/ HTML and al CSS included - main page - sub page and other optional pages - it's a full package.
