Has anyone used Google Adsense before?

What have your experiences with it been? How much have you made in a month and how many hits did you have that month to your site?

Every site's performance will vary, because ad rates are different for different types of content. But it's against Google's TOS to discuss CTR, earnings, etc. Overall, they've performed better than any other form of advertising I've tried over the years. I'm not making as much as I wish, but it's ok.
