I'm currently looking for a dedicated server provider offering cPanel boxes. Would like to either do a partnership or will promote their service in exchange for 1 server (more in the future). I have 2 servers, but now after 1 day of running the service realize I will need at least one more before the end of the week....

nono I did not say that.
I said I have 2 servers at nac, and believe when I get another server it would be nice if it were 10mbit.
If I don't hear from anyone in the coming days I will just rent a couple more from beachcomber, they've been really good to me.
the fact is that I can afford more servers, but think partnering with a true provider (noc) would bring this to the next level.
Currently I'm renting 2 servers, 1 for signups(iconrate.com) and 1 for accounts(iconrate.net). Both of these servers rented through beachcomber.net, 1.1ghz celeron 512mb 80gb/500gb cpanel with fantastico deluxe and rvskin.
I'm very happy with these 2 machines, I don't see any need in anything faster than that. In fact this setup is perfect. And as they're located at nac, they also have the bandwidth(speed) to handle this.
At the end of the day I will have installed 1,000 accounts, specs:
200mb space 2gb bandwidth
cpanel w/ rvskin
1 add-on domain
Basically I know that by the end of the week I will need more, I'm getting more signups than I can handle (I'd preferably have 500-600 users per box).
I have a pretty good plan on how to generate income, if I can get the servers needed/capital I believe within 2 months it will be in the top 1,000 sites on alexa
I'm just looking at my options now, it would be really good if I could find a provider that would go into this venture with me and possibly provide a few servers that are not being used (or that they can afford) and it would be beneficial for both parties...both advertising wise and financially. A provider at most would bring in $100 for a server like I'm asking, but could do much better partnering with a free host I believe.
