    Hmm, I belive that its a vB message, lol, trying to tell you that you have a vb on your server which cannot connect to the database, although I do not know why you get all these characters, I think because it might be the german version, anyways... whoever has a vb installed on your server, didn't specify the e-mail in the config file properly that is why the email is returned to your server.

    But, I've never seen an returned mail with mysql db connection errors...

    That's why I was worried.
