Just setting up my first self run dedicated server. It's kind of fun!

The part I dislike about transferring websites to a new server? Redoing all the bloomin cgi files and CHMOD'ing them all. Granted I only have about 100 or 200 cgi files on my sites, but still. What a bloody waste of time.

And having to go back and reupload them as ascii files.. ptttht.

chmod -R 755 cgi-bin

or theres always the more risky approach

find / -type f -name \*.cgi | xargs chmod 755

beware though.
