    Hosting Co. For Sale

We are a smaller hosting co that is growing rapidly. We have only been around 2 months and have had great success. However we lack the support and time to keep up with it. Here are a breakdown of our stats.

    Monthly Accounts: [39]($1007.49)
    Quarterly Accounts: [2]($199.98)
    BiAnnual Accounts: [5]($366.91)
    Annual Accounts: [18]($2518.96)
    Hosting Income(mo): ($1345.22)

We also do domain registrations and currently are the registrar to around 80 domains.

Most of our accounts are reseller accounts. We get on average 1 new reseller(>$29.99/mo) per day.

Our package would include 2 leased servers, website, domain, all customers, and also billing system(drams plus)

PM if interested with offers or questions.

    good luck

    Good luck selling your business.

One of the main things you need to realize is that your opertaing time as a business is only 2 month. Your customers have not even passed the "feels secure" stage.

selling your business to another company may sound good but I guarentee that the buyer will loose tons of customers because of this.

You seem to have a great business if you have that type of sales for a start up.

My suggestion. Work over time. Hire a part time helper. Grow your business.

More importantly, where are you getting your customers from? Are these locals? 2 months in business, period?

It's not a large number, but seems to be off to a good start. Are you sure you want to sell?

    Send some info this way

Also considering the buyer has 10 months to support your yearly clients.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I don't think you will be getting the price you would if those customers were with you for a longer period of time.

Yes, I've received info, and we're currently in negotiations I can give you a small amount of information:
All plans are very much Low-End (we're talking 150GB Bandwidth for $40 / month). I'll let you know how it all turns out. But it could be that we complete within the next 1/2 day or so.
