Some one said to me that they are a reseller of thePlanet! Is this true?

The Planet is the parent company of ServerMatrix.

I don't think so, I got no support ticket replied, btw, phone support is very good... have to call them Internationally... hmmm...

Strange. Every ticket I put in is responded to within an hour at the most.

On average I have a response within 5-10 minutes.
