FTP Q abt discount-hosting.com

I'm on the trial period, and just recd the ftp info. The problem is everytime I try to ftp, it gives me Only Anonymous login allowed. I was able to successfully able to login for first time.

Anyone using discount-hosting.com familiar with these problems.
