I've been looking for a webmail program that handles quarantined email. I am already running neomail as it is. I would like to have another program that users can go check their quarantined mail, and have it delivered to their spool file.

I BELIEVE HiveMail does this. Not possitive. But if you didn't know about them, might be worth checking out.
