Anyone using the Telehouse in NY for colo?
I'd like to hear any pros or cons with this location.

Telehouse got almost all the carriers available, also 60 Hudson Telx.
Only downside is space in those location are both expesnive.

We currently are using Telehouse at the 25 Broadway location. We are very happy there. The only drawback as Mfjp said is that space is very expensive. Power is also the typical NY through the roof pricing.
Overall the facility gets a big thumbs up.

telehouse has piss poor service. if you use your own techs and bring your own stuff, you should be ok.

Telehouse is great, technical support is bad like paul says, but we don't require thier support so everything is all good.

He's saying you're asking for pros and cons after-the-fact. Generally weighing pros and cons of any purchase precedes the actual purchase, it doesn't come afterwards. That's all he meant.

Understood. Maybe I should have worded the topic better.. I was looking for other clients of Telehouse who have servers there and what they think overall. It was more of a general question..
