If I do remember EZPublishing has a program that suits your requirements.

Yes there are. I'd say contact any of the ones that interest you with Presales questions.

Use the Search function to find reviews. There are many good reviews on the go at the moment.

Cheers
Jeff

Yes, I also say there are. I'd also like to say contact any of the ones that interest you with Presales questions.

I'd also like to direct you to the Search function to find reviews. And lastly, I'd also like to add that there are many good reviews on the go at the moment.

Why do I like to do all these things? Because it also gets me to post something useless in this forum.

Gee, NexDog - it almost sounded like you were trying (unsuccessfully) to mock a previous post. Perhaps even one that provided some reasonable recommendations (as requested) that actually help WHT newbies.

Good try.

Ill offer some advice:

It might be more benefitial if you tried harder to freely give more of your own helpful recommendations - and tried to freely give less of your wit. Everyone would benefit from that. Hitjokes would receive additional helpful advice, and you would not come off looking silly.

Hitjokes, to amplify my previous post;

After you use the Search function, you should get a feel for what type of companys have a good/helpful/supportive reputations and which are scams or unreliable.

As a general rule if you are not able to post a hosting company's name here (they appear with lots of ********) you should avoid them as they are banned at WHT and are probably unreliable.

Once you compile a "short" list of hosts that match your budget, reliablity, and other parameters, contact each one in turn and ask specific presales questions. Ask about support, uptime, overselling, Terms of Service etc.)

You can gauge which companies will respond to your requests for assistance reasonably by how they respond to your presales questions.

I would avoid the ones that "show attitude" for if they show attitude answering your questions when you're not a client, they will show the same poor attitude answering your questions when they are.

Many hosts can and will offer plans not advirtised at their sites. Some may offer specials.

Good luck!
Cheers
Jeff

Gee Jeff, the attitude was directed at you and you know why.

I would say avoid hosts that post in a thread just to get their sig in there and their post count up but I guess everyone can't be ethical. Hypothetically of course, if you can't post ethically in a hosting forum, how are you supposed to run a hosting business.

Sorry you got caught out. Just had to be said, I'm unsubscribing here because I don't want to here you whinge. But I have been around and you can cry all you want, nothing will change my mind about thread bloaters and crappers.

I generally try to be helpful in my posts. Perhaps my post above was terse. However, I am not vain enough to care how many posts I have under my name.

Not everyone judges the quality of people's contributions here, by the size of their post count. Since my first post I have been consistant in my efforts to assist whoever I could whether they were my clients or not. Unlike some, I visit WHT to help and not belittle others.

Although your comments seek to provoke, and though a debate might be fun, I must decline to battle wits with an unarmed opponent. You may post what you like about me. This will be my final response.

Sorry.

Cheers
Jeff
