How to enable an account that went over bandwidth limit in WHM??

One of thes ites I'm hosting exceeded bandwidth and WHM or whatever suspended the account. It says to increase the bandwidth limit to re-enable, which I did an hour ago (I upgraded the account to a higher bandwidth package, that's right?). I also clicked 'unsuspend account' in WHM. It's still showing a bandwidth exceeded page. What do I do now to get this site back up?

Just incase anyone's tempted to ignore me as not worth helping because a web host should already know how... I'm not running a hosting service, just hosting some sites temporarily for buyers until they move to their own hosts... I just have a reseller account with WHM/cPanel but I want to get this guy's site up.

Thanks

You have to request your host to unsuspend the account for you.

Wow that's really stupid. How am I supposed to be able to run a hosting business if I don't even have control of my own accounts :/ thanks for the reply

I deleted the account and recreated it in WHM and 10 minutes later it's showing up now... I can't do that for users with mailboxes and databases and other custom things set up though, real annoying.

Hehe, you got the point, you may request this to the cPanel team

Anyway, if you think that recreating accounts will help you can login to their cPanel using your reseller password, back up everything then recreate. Hope this helps

go into /var/cpanel/bwlimited/ as root and remove the files for the domain name you want to unsuspend.
