Paypal credit card fraud!
sad - this is what happened to my reseller hosts server last week (he got his server from theplanet)

At the moment it seems that the data (about 7 HDD) are in the hands of the FBI for inspection as they say there was evidence found on 1 of our servers of child porn and ebay and paypal credit card fraud. (Of course, this is just 1 unscrupulus user that signed up just last week and has no connection to the rest of our clients). Once inspection is done they said they will return us the HDD.. We don't have yet an ETA on that but we will update you as soon as we have an ETA.

Arising, it's hard to do that if you have many clients. I will insist on making new clients go through a screening and time trial period so that you can see from the start what they do but, once again this can be a pain with many clients.
