I'm looking to find a reseller server that I can host my forums on and resell space. 5 to 10 GB space and 100 to 200GB bandwidth for under $100 US and accepting PayPal payments. I've done some net searching and found lots who offer that package but NONE take PayPal. Any suggestions?

Check out servermatrix. They have a work around for Paypal with the price/requirement that you have.

Im SURE that will be very reliable at that price... 
Perrer-Tech, a lot of companies will accept paypal if you email their sales department, that is if they dont already have it listed on their website as available.
So if you find a host you like, you could always email their sales and see if they can accept paypal from you, more often than not, they will

I found one hosting company with live customer service in a chat and she was very rude at me asking if they accept PayPal. I'll definately check out the one site and I also had hostradius.com/reseller/platinum.php referred to me by a friend on my irc server.

Ok now that boeki changed his post...I wasnt replying to SM not being reliable, it was a reply to his previous post  hehe
ServerMatrix isnt too bad but you would have to manage your server yourself, they do offer some level of management but you would still have to do a lot on it yourself.

I'm looking for $100 US maximum per year. The one I found on hostradius.com/reseller/platinum.php looks really good and is in my price range.

Strange when I went to the site you listed above the price per year is $540. I thought you said $100?

I dont think its within your price range.
I dont think any host would be within your price range if its $100 per year im afraid.
Thats just over $8 for 200gb bandwidth a month 
Are you sure you mean year?

e-z-hosting.com/reseller.htm Plan 3 $35 per mo or Plan 4 $69 per mo is what I"m looking at. My computer crashed so I"m using my 2nd computer so I had to dig for the info.
