Hello,

Every few days both cPanel and cppop decide to automatically restart on their own just like a few other processes ever 7 days or so. Is there any settings that I should look for to make sure that this does not continue? I am a little lost at to what should be done. Any help would be great!

Try to Make sure that any unknown cron job or script is not running. This may also be due to your lack in security results in external attacks.
