Instant activation?

Dear Sirs!

May be somebody of you can help me in my problem.

Can you please suggest me URL of hosting companies that provide instant activation?
I mean they should provide me my new virtual hosting detailes just after I made signup.

Can somebody help me with URL's?

Thank you very much.

I don't have any specific reccomendations, but instant activates are getting more and more rare because they're often abused. Is there a reason why you need it instantly? Just curious.

<edit>
Here's a search of the offers forum with hosts matching the keywords of 'instant' and 'activation' being in their posts:
http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search...der=descending

Could try there.

True, Most companies like to check out where the ip you signed up from came etc before they'll activate as abuse of your system is just not worth the money.

Sposs true, we do it on another niche and have had no problems with it. Although we do look over all signups from that day and weed out any suspicious orders.

>> Is there a reason why you need it instantly?

I developed new CJ script and I want to provide it with hosting solution for the people who want to use it.
Instant setup is very important part of process during setuping new client.

I would think all companies do that. Our proceedure specifically is once we receive the order - we verify payment. The account takes a minute to set up and then we send a "welcome email".

It is my understanding that this is standard practice in the industry.

Cheers
Jeff

Sorry to reply to my own post, but I should add that the only time its not this "instant" is when we're moving your sites from another server and you have more than 50 sites.

Cheers
Jeff

Seems to be from this post that you are providing hosting + scripting for your clients. In that case, why not get a bulk reseller account where you can setup your clients instantly by yourself?

You could also use a dedicated server for that purpose and perhaps get a server admin to manage it for you (if you don't already know server management).

This way you control when you create/remove the hosting accounts.

We provide instant setup on our shared plans, but we do manual setup on our reseller plans. We have a couple fraud screening steps which have so far weeded out fraudulent signups. Plus, like Robert has said, we usually manually review each instant signup within 24 hours just to make sure everything looks normal.

Instant provisioning is dangerous territory for hosting providers and I am glad some people are trying to set realistic expectations for the industry. Certainly .. a big "red flag" for us is clients that want it NOW.

Another solution seeing that you will be buying more then one is working out a partnership with a host. I'm sure that you wouldn't be using the regular checkout if you were a partner

We do instant set up on our shared and reseller accounts, but we do review the orders after they have been set up. We have not had any problems with fraud orders yet.

That is very true. Many hosts would be willing to work with you on those accounts.

We use to do it but not anymore since the spammers would love to take advantage of this. I set them up manually and usaully done within 15 minutes. The spammers have ruined this for me along with fraud so I manually check each order now.
