Server choices for inexperienced people

Hi, I do web design, web services and i'm current a reseller.
I'm wanting to have server which i can host my clients and be able to launch reseller plans.

The hosts i bought my resellers from kick me off because their servers are overloaded!! (Beware of ebay.com resellers plans!). I lost 3 dozens of clients and even more money. Now I want to have more control over it, but I'm inexperienced in maganing server at all. So, great free support is ultra important to me.

I'm after: ($150/mo - less then $200/mo.) Free setup, cpanel/whm included.

P4 2.6 - better
80-120GB disk space
700-1000 bandwidth
1024 MB RAM
10 IPs
Great support with No hidden or extra costs eg:

24/7 Live Tech Support via phone or web based chat
Remote Hand service to perform reboots
Hardware trouble shooting and repair
Software/OS trouble shooting and repair
Custom setup and configurations
System maintenance, patching and security
Ping Monitoring.
Network IDS.
Onsite Hands and Eyes.
O/S updates and patches.
Service Monitoring (FTP, SSH, HTTP)
System Monitoring (Drive Space, Processor usage, Server Load)
Process Monitoring

These are the people who replied me with the deal and or can match the deal, but I don't know which one to choose:
(Anyone can comment or share your experiences with me)

hostinganddesigns.com
lsservers.com
hostdime.com
atjeu.com
managed.com
ait.com

Thanks~

Your best bet is to use the forum search feature and search for those companies. The other members here have firsthand experience with probably all of those companies. Spend more time doing research and it'll save you money and frustration later

Among those you listed, I'd definetly pick Atjeu.

They have a great reputation/trackrecord. Just do a search here at WHT and you can see for yourself.

Excuse me for asking stupid Q.. what's WHT?
I only just found out Atjeu have resellers.. If I could buy it from one of their resellers, will it be cheaper? Or they aren't allowed to go lower than what Atjeu is selling.

.. i wonder what their wholesale prices are...

If the prices are same, I'll buy it from Atjeu, coz then I qualify to become a reseller.. yeah? So in the near future if I want 2nd server, I won't have to pay this much.

Still considering other providers like hostinganddesigns.com,
lsservers.com, hostdime.com, any others? Are they bad or..?

Still looking for best price and best support.

Thanks

I would definately go for servint theyre amazing and will do exactly what you want. 24 7 telephone support and theyve done anything ive asked so far, and they seem to pickup the phone within a ring or two. Emails are dealt with very quickly. Great network, great servers and great support
