Hello!

I was hoping someone may be able to point me in the direction of a reliable host. Sadly, the stats I require are quite high and I don't have a lot of cash to spend on it at the moment.

My requirements would be:
Around, and hopefully more than, 40GB of bandwidth (60-80 GB would be more comfortable).
2GB of space.
MySQL Databases, PHP, Perl.
CPanel

Last but not least, hopefully under $30/m

It's not looking very likely so far is it? If such plans do exist with reliable hosts and have no snags in TOS, recommendations (and any experiences you've had with the host) would be greatly appreciated.

It's $40/month, but only if you pay yearly, which is not a very good idea in general. Contact their sales reps and see if you can get it in monthly payments (it'll be more like $50/month though).

I suppose that's true I've been kicked from a hosting deal when I didn't even use all the bandwidth I paid for before now, due to some soft of excessive usage thing
