Anybody elses SM box down ?

My box has been down for the last 5 hours, with no response from Sm themselves.

I know of one other similair case, just wondering if its widespread. or just me and him.

Sucks to be down for this amount of time without any response

I had a weird situation about a week ago where one IP range was only reachable from a couple of the internal subnets, but not externally. I had to escalate it a few times before they could nail it down. You may need to sit on hold until you can escalate it yourself.
Since they were able to ping my box they assumed all was okay. If you want to PM me an IP, I can check it from within the DC from multiple subnets to see if it's a similar situaiton.
