You may get into trouble with Intel for using that as part of your name, but other than that you have to ask yourself

"Is it something I can pronounce to someone on the street, and they'll be able to remember what it is?"
If its not, then consider another domain name (we have several, our main domains, and then some pointers which are easy to remember).

Other than that make sure you're not violating any trademarks etc on "Xeon Hosting".

Otherwise a reasonable name

Well, there "could" be a problem if Intel owns the trademark to "Xeon", but I find it unlikely that they would ever go after you for using it.

We have no way of knowing if there is going to be a problem with Intel. You would have to ask them that. There might be a problem because XEON is their product name and its trademarked.

I think it is likely that Intel would have a problem with your name. Since you are using Xeon based servers as a basis for high performance quality service, you are essentially trying to associate your company with their Xeon brand and reputation without permission or license. And if later on, you gave your customers lousy service, that's going to contaminate the Xeon name.
