Alright. I want to know what the rules in version 8.8.0-RELEASE 35 with bandwidth exceeding limitations.

If an account exceeds... Is it suspended? or is it emailed to the administrator?

It depends on your setting. The default is to suspend. But you can disable the suspension in the WHM under Edit Settings if you desire. This however has a risk if you have clients who sign up for your biggest plan and run up hundreds of GB of transfers in a single day using fake cards etc.

also, can you unsuspend individual accounts?

fake credit cards, fraudulent transactions etc.

Yes you can unsuspend individual accounts. Just increase the bandwidth limits or unsuspend it manually (but it will be suspended the next round of checks unless you increase the bandwidth )
