Plesk restore issue - Please help

Each time we change the apache config file, plesk will restore it to and an older version. How do we get around this? Is there a way to disable this setting in Plesk? Someone please help us.

You can't modify the httpd.include file as PLESK rebuilds this file each time apache restarts, which is when any settings are modified in the panel, or when a new domain is created.

EDIT: Are you changing httpd.conf or httpd.include?

You can modify /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and PSA will not modify it.
It DOES modify all httpd.include files, so in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.include and ALL user configs in /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/conf/httpd.include

That means, if you want to make server wide mods modify the httpd.conf file.
If you need to do it on a domain base create an vhost.conf in the specific /home/httpd/vhosts/domain/conf directory. If this file exists PSA will read it in. For SSL mods create an vhosts_ssl.conf file.
Contact me via PM here and I will give you my real ICQ if you have other questions. I would also suggest you consult http://forum.plesk.com
