I need a very simple hosting management system. It needs to be free and must be able to intergrade with paypal.

This will be temp until I can upgrade to ModernBill. (out of my budget as of now)

Why dont you simply use paypal's merchant tools for subscription and buy now buttons and later on you can upgrade to billing software.

Maybe you should look over webmonkey or something for a tutorial on how to use forms. They are pretty easy to do.
