Disabling plesk override

By Default, Plesk uses Horde for it's webmail. We recently had squirrelmail installed on our server and changed our server to have webmail.domain.com point to our squirrelmail webmail, but after a short period of time, plesk overrides this change and switches webmail.domain.com to point back to horde. Is there a way for us to stop Plesk from overriding manual changes?
