I am looking to buy a site that is preferrably already developed and ready to go.

Maybe you have lost interest in a project and would like someone to take it on.

I am really looking to get into the PHP Script business.

I would also be interested in forums with members or anything that has good potential.

Please no hosting companies (as I have one), and no clan/personal sites and most of all, no sites that have only been online for 24 hours!

If you have a site that is just starting out but are not looking to sell, I may also be inerested in a partnership.

I have made many sites profitable in the past and I am looking for a new challenge.

Budget is flexable, I would be prepared to pay good money for the right site.
