Please Help Enough Is Enough: Dot5 Is The Worst Company Ever


I cancelled my account with them by sending multiple emails and talking to live support about it...

After one month this is what I get from them:

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your recent e-mail.

We have checked your account in billing, please note that the invoice
20375 and 18903 is still unpaid in billing. Please pay the invoice so
that we could proceed further, and cancel your account. Also please send
us the ticket id in which you have emailed about cancelation of your
account.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further questions you may
have regarding this matter. You can reopen this ticket or open a new
ticket for the same.

What do you think about this?

Thank god they do not have my credit card information.

Do they bill you at the beginning of the month for the next month? or at the end for the prior?

I think you haven't posted near enough info for anyone to make a judgement call. Maybe you tried cancelling while you owed them money, we have no idea.

Yes not enough info to make a good judgement. But if it happened I am sure they will work it out for you.

Communication is always your best course..

Find a number and call the billing dept. Speak to a human being, not through email, but on the phone. Get it all straightened out.

If youre not happy, find another host, but dont burn any bridges if you can help it.
