I and many other people cannot connect to the server where my websites are via cable

I and everyone else can connect via other isps

I will pay 20.00 bucks to anyone who can tell me why

or how I can fix it

my hosting company said this

"As for the connection, we are checking with the datacenter
does the reason induced by our connectivity or ISP."

ITS BEEN 5 DAYS

Is it possible your domain hasn't propogated yet? It can take time. Do you see the website through the web?

The question is why cannot connect to this domain (or a bunch of my own on that server)

Your server may have been blacklisted.. There's a URL to check if it is.. I forget the url though

What are the other sites in question? I am almost 100% sure it is an issue with your local ISP......

I can see addvaluehost.com with no problems.

no the thing is the sites are not down

people can coonect to them thru time warner cable

and several other cable companies

I started a thread polling people to see who could and couldn't connect

Do a traceroute to your website and see where it stops. It may provide valuable information as to which network, node or company is causing your issue.

Try switching the DNS servers you are pointing to on to another ISP and see if that solves the problem.

I tried that going on 32 hours ago

if you look at the site thru non-cable network you are snet ot the site on the new server

thur time warner cable still no connection

My thoughts are:

a) Your webhost has blocked your IP range (ISP's) for some reason.
b) Your ISP is seriously in need of a really good IT person.

Back when I was with Roadrunner, I once had to call and be transfered to the local offices IT guy. It was like talking to a box of rocks.

Good Luck finding the problem.

Only speculating, trying to point out things you could look into, as I sense your frustration. Stranger things have happened!
