Its 100% Network Uptime...they do Colo only. Many many Datacenters do commit 100% network uptime, with part refunds if it falls below. So, YES...its pretty much ok.

100% network uptime would be a little bit more accurate tahn 100% Uptime...

Hey guys.. We are far from a Colo only facility. We offer fully managed solutions in our datacenter and off site as well. We just launched a new site this week which gives much more insight in to what we offer. And yes we do offer 100% uptime for bandwidth and power.
