I want to have a setup so that when I receive an email in a particular email account, it notifies me via my mobile phone...by sms or whatever......is it possible.....??

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated..

Most cell phones now have an email address. If not you should be able to subscribe to it via your cell phone company. Once that's done, it's pretty simple to foward whatever emails you want to your cell phone.

You can do it with hotmail.

Take for example, I have an att cell phone. It comes with the email address:
phonenumber@mobile.att.net
