fastservers 's alternative ?

Dear all

As my deadline to cancel the server on fastservers.net is coming soon, I think I have to be prepared earlier if fastservers could not resolve the problems of that UK universities keep blocking my server, which is more serious than I could imagine.
What I need is to have

1. Clean IPs
2. fast network to the UK
3. no He.net
4. offer managed services

servermatrix looks good but not on my list anyway
EV1 is too Unmanaged, I sometimes need human hands.
Burst/Noster is not on the list.

any ones have better ideas or experiences?

PS: I believe fastservers is working hard to resolve my problems, but we all know the difficulties.

you are looking at downgrading to unmanaged providers from a midmarket provider. if you need a decent provider, but can not afford one, redo your business plan. if you dont need one, dont whine about 99/mo boxes being unmanaged =]

Email NectarTech's sales department - I know that they will be able to provide you with a VERY nice deal, I just talked with Jason the other day about what they're most likely going to be offering.
