this was nac-wide, most likely a bgp flap as routes reconverged.

Here was something I received from DN

NAC experienced a prefix filter issue on a major peering point router, which
caused the brief connectivity loss.

We are following up to get a more specific cause and do anything possible to
prevent this from occuring again.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
