Are you a member of PrimePlans who've had your website down for most of the day (at least)? They seem to have been bought out but funnily, their forums are unavailable.

PrimePlans seems to be a part of atomic-host now, maybe you should try contacting them?

Yeah, I have done. Not heard anything though. I shifted one of my sites a while ago...wish I'd done it with the other one sooner really. Seems certain companies have no conscience of how much they are irritating customers.

I hate Network outages. NAC does so much to do 100% uptime. 75 bandwidth providers, fully redundant hvac, backup power.
What the heck was the problem?
